Q: How do I place a call?
A: There are several options to choose from:
(1) Contact an advisor via Keen.com by simply clicking on the call now button on any page on my site.
(2) If you don't have a Keen.com account you can pay by credit card or PayPal by clicking on PremiumTalk.com the call now button on any page of the advisor's site.
Q: How much is the call?
A: All calls are $3.99 per minute.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, M/C, Amex, Discover), e-Checks, and PayPal.
Q: How will the charges appear on my credit card?
A: If you use the Keen.com button charges will appear as Keen Pwd by Ingenio. Calls made via the PremiumTalk.com button are subject to the Atmosphere Books & Gifts - "The Divine Hierophant" terms of service agreement click here for more information, and are billed as Atmosphere Books & Gifts.
Q: Is there a minimum call time?
A: Yes. There is a 10 minutes minimum for all calls.
Q: Who can I write if I have a question, concern or would just like to offer feedback?
